Conditioner was shampoo

I was excited to receive my order but sadly let down. The bottle read conditioner but it was shampoo. So I get 2 bottles of shampoo. One is Greaux Shampoo and my other bottle says Greaux Conditioner but it’s shampoo

Works but frizzes my hair

It def works !! It’s just that the product is watery. And it knots up my hair when I use it. I’m natural. When I use it on my braids, my braids get puffy at the roots
